Need to write something...

  • I am hitting gym fairly regurlalry now, more than 3 days/week
  • I notice I am getting into shape now
  • My workout is much better now, I am ablt tolift more and work out longer.
  • I am on strick diet now, packing lunch to work, mostly Tuna Sandwich.
  • I am hoping to see changes by end up June.
