Gym Update

I have been busting my ass in gym for past few weeks and been eating good clean food as much as I could, but when I measured my weight I got a shock of my life, I actually gained more weight, a month a go I was 79.5kg and now I am 81.5kg! WTF!
But the good news is, my fat percentage reduced from 33% to 31.5%, and my muscle mass increased as well. So this is good progress (according to the trainer there), meaning that I put on lean muscle, not fat! But some how I still think I should weight around 75kg, that would be ideal and with body fat less than 25% (sigh............)

And there is another shock, there was a new trainer joined in, he is ex bodybuilder, but he going to compete next year and he approached me to be his training partner! He asked me "have you ever compete in competition?" What? are you serious? Me? Competition? Me contesting in any BB competition would be a disgrace to that competition. Anyway I politely told him, nope, I never completed in any BB competition and the thought never crossed my mind before. Later he invited me to train with him for a year and he told me that we can enter competition next year! Wow, I am not sure about competing, but I am all ready to train with him, to be trained by a pro for free? who would decline that?

Had a first session with him last night, he train me on my back (Lat muscles). Oh man... I was all wrong in my technique all thie years, I did two back exercise with him 4-3 reps each and I WAS DONE! He really worked me! I had no energy after that, He didn't use much weight, but the techique is totally new. Now I understand the different in training alone and being trained by a pro. My body is totally aching this morning, and I am looking forward to work on my pecs tonight! What a fun!

My Fitness Regime

If anyone noticed, I haven't blog about my fitness for a long time. The reason is simply because I don't have any fitness regime anymore, sometimes I would be consistence for couple of week , then I would slack off, then the cycle start all over again.

I thought I was in good shape till few week back when I visited the scale in gym, I couldn't believe my body fat percentage, it is worse ever! Fatherhood definitely had agreed with me, especially in my spare tyre department.

Now I am starting back, slowly, but still couldn't gather my courage to pay a visit to the almighty weighing scale yet, I cant take the disappointment, I really don't care much about the weight, I only want the fat percentage to go down!

I have upgraded my membership to passport, which mean I can go to any FF branch in Malaysia, so far I like Menara Axis one, fantastic parking facility (free! after 6). Lots of machine there especially the Hammer Strength Machine, love it. But what I really need to do now ALOT of cardio which I hate hate hate! But I must do that to reduce fat.

Assignment Time!

Thats right! Boys and girls, it is assignment time. You had you enjoyed your honeymoon in my my class(political science) for too long without any quiz or assignment. I want this to be completed and ON my desk (or inbox) by 5 PM tomorrow, failing to do so, will result in your failure in the mid-term and probably the final, which mean you will have repeat the entire damn SEMESTER, so take this seriously! As usual, it must be double spaced, Arial size 12, about 13 pages long.

Money

• Claimed my RM625 yesterday from Cyberjaya Post Office, when to terminal for tea break, and the counter was absolutely empty, filled up the form and the lady handed over to me the cash just like that, it would be nice if they could do this every month! And this going to sound cliche especially at the economic crisis time like now, but the first thing I bought with this money is formula Milk for Daaniya!
  
• Finally got my increment, after being postponed for 6 month due to some "strategic financial planning" by my company, it wasn't as much as I expected, but there is at least increment, I at a crisis time like this and at this point of my life, I don't want to complain about in-flow of cash into my bank account. every cents are appreciated.

Fun Fact about my car

Fuel Pump:
Tahukah anda, kalau kereta anda enggan menyestartkan dirinye pagi-pagi apabila anda hendak ke pejabat, bukan bateri kereta sahaja masalahnya. Kerosakan pada fuel punp juga mempunyai kesan yang sama, tetapa sound effectnye agak berlainan jika kereta anda tidak start akibat bateri yang flat. Malah sound effect yang akan anda keluarkan apabila mendengar harga untuk seunit fuel pump jugak berlainan berbanding dengan sound effect untuk seunit harga bateri. Menurut mekanik yang menukar fuel pump tersebut, elakkanlah amalan menuggu hingga lampu merah (atau oren, bergantung pada model kenderaan) menyala , baru hendak mengisi minyak, ini akan mengurangkan jangka hayat fuel pumpa anda kerana ia cuba mengepam minyak yang tinggal setitik dua dari tangki minyak ke enjin anda.. Untuk maklumat kalian:
Original Proton Part: RM600++
Not so Original: RM500++
Local: RM200++ (jangan sesekali pakai yg ni nanti nyesal)
Maka jadilah pengguna yang bijak.

Tayar Flat:
Tahukah anda jika anda menggunakan tayar tanpa tiub, jika tayar belakang kenderaan anda pancit, anda mungkin tidak menyedarinya semasa memandu? Dan tahukah anda jika telah membawa kenderaan anda dari Shah Alam ke Cyberjaya dengan tayar anda, kebarangkalian anda menjahanamkan tayar and rim tayar anda adalah amat tinggi. Anda juga besar kemungkinan terpaksa menukar tayar kenderaan anda and juga menukar/membaiki rim tersebut jika senario tersebut terjadi pada anda.

Minyak:
Tahukah anda, mengisi tangki minyak WAJA sehingga penuh kini berjumla RM 147? Tetapi ini tidak akan berlaku pada anda jika anda mengisi minyak apabila tangki anda separuh penuh untuk megelakkan kejadian fuel pump rosak berulang. Ini juga adalah cara terbaik untuk menjimatkan minyak, kerana anda hanya membayar seprauh harga minyak, logik tak?

I am not going to write anything on the recent fuel price increase, it is just not worth writing about it.

IT IS JUST NOT WORTH TO WRITE ABOUT IT, YOU GET ME?

Wasting my electricity, wasting my energy, wasting my time and it just will increase the wear and tear of my keyboard.

Just follow our beloved government, seems like they really know what they are doing!

Bought a Sony Ericsson for the first time, all this while I was Nokiaguy. Should have bought this instead of the Nokia Music Express I 'donated' to stranger last week.
This phone has the same functionality, more compact and much more cheaper.

May this phone serve me many many more years to come, Amin.

Back to back post in handphone, impressive isn't it.

I lost it, during lunch, must have left it on the table while having lunch outside. I was rushing for Friday prayers. Someone must have taken it throw the SIM and claim they won it in some competition. Pandai-pandaile tanggung dosa.

Maybe it is not meant to be to use expensive handphone.

Yeah yeah , I got new phone!

Due to a freak 'accident' ( I don't want to go there), I lost my beloved (not really) Nokia 6600. In cell phone live cycle, you can place 6600 at the Late Cretaceous Period in Mesozoic Era (watching "Are you smarter than 5th grader really paying off). To exaggerate things even more, Nokia 6600 has effected my social life all this while, most of my colleagues avoided to be seen with my in public places while am using the 6600.

The phone wasn't working well anywhere since (yet another) freak accident earlier when I dropped it in some kinda water (don't wanna go there either). Been thinking of getting a new phone for a while, so here is my big chance.

I had nothing in my mind, decided walk into the store and let the the all knowing tech savvy Chinese sales guy to talk me into buying suitable phone (within my budget). Cutting a rather short story even shorter, this is my new hand phone , the Nokia 5610 and I am loving it! The sound quality is amazing.

• many problem in my life would not have happened if I have kept my big f*&8ng mouth shut. Seriously! Now when I look back, things would have much more simpler if I just had keep my mouth shut, no matter how strong the urge to voice up my bottled up emotions.
• People say it take much courage to break free from silence and finally voice out you emotion, but I would say that it requires much more strength just to keep everything bottled up and just keep quiet.
• Next time I gonna do exactly that, keep quiet, give a fake insincere smile and node my head and let it all go with the flow. I just don't give a damn anymore.

Finally I won something, all the hard work me filling up the shell contest form every time I pump up petrol had paid off!
I was skeptical when they called me last month saying that I won, but I got the cheque yesterday! Wow unbelievable, my name is even listed here!

I still can't believe all this really happened in Malaysia, I am really happy that we have strong opposition so that the is healthy balance in parliament.

It would be really interesting 4 years to come.

More Arrivals..............

Owhhh... Look like someone proceeded to blog about her arrival before I could write. Well aren't she a cute one? Feel like kissing the monitor screen whenever I looked at her picture. (yes my wallpaper is various picture of Daaniya I change weekly.

Oh did I mention this? That, less than 24 hours after my wife gave birth, my sister delivered a twins? and 4 days after that, my wife's sister delivered her second baby? Yeah....... it is like breeding season of sort, 2008 seem to be a fertile year (or was it 2007?, since they were all conceived in 2007), but sadly all baby were born in the non-halal animal year in Chinese calender (ha ha padan muka my sis and my sis in law who bragged that they will have RAT year babies, since both of them had a premature babies, tu la lain kali jgn eksyen sgt, keh keh keh)

My mum is looking after my sister's twins back in Bentong, while my mother in law looking after her the 2 newly arrived grandchild. Seems fair, both have their hands full. My mum who came PJ for my delivery extended her stay for about 3 more weeks, since my sister's twins were 6 week premature and placed in ICU for first few day and after in incubators after till they were strong enough.
